This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Glantra Limited (trading as Glantra) at glantrastore.com (the “Site”), unless a product page or order states different terms.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items generally must:
- Be returned within 14 days of delivery (or the period stated at checkout for your order)
- Be unused, in original packaging, with tags and accessories included
- Not be listed as non-returnable (e.g., digital goods, hygiene products where opened, clearance items marked “final sale”)
2. How to start a return

- We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions, including the return address if applicable.
- Do not send items back without approval, as we may not be able to process unapproved returns.
3. Condition of returned items
Returned products are inspected. We may refuse a refund or apply a restocking fee if:
- The item is damaged (except where damage occurred in transit and is documented)
- Parts, manuals, or packaging are missing
- The item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it
4. Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method where possible.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Shipping costs are usually non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item as confirmed by us.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. Where we cannot exchange, we may offer a refund or store credit as agreed in writing.
6. Defective or wrong items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with you on replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
7. Cancellations
- Before shipment: Orders may be cancellable if you contact us before dispatch; we will confirm by email.
- After shipment: Standard return rules apply once you receive the package.
